BioResonance is designed to keep your HRV breathing practice private and simple. We do not sell personal health data.

Information BioResonance handles

Bluetooth heart-rate sensor data, including heart rate and RR intervals during active sessions.
Session metrics such as RMSSD, SDNN-style values, coherence, readiness score, signal quality, and breathing-rate settings.
Optional Apple Health data access if you choose to enable it.

Apple Health

Apple Health integration is optional. If enabled, BioResonance may write completed breathing sessions as Mindful Minutes and may save heart rate and HRV values where supported. BioResonance may also read relevant heart and HRV data only for app functionality you authorize.

Health data from Apple Health is used only to provide BioResonance features. It is not used for advertising, not sold, and not shared with data brokers.

Bluetooth

Bluetooth permission is used to connect to compatible heart-rate sensors that provide RR intervals. BioResonance does not use Bluetooth to track your location.

Local storage

Session history and app settings are stored on your device unless a future version clearly offers an optional cloud feature. Deleting the app may delete local app data from your device.

Analytics and advertising

The current BioResonance website and app are designed without third-party advertising trackers. If this changes, this policy will be updated before the change is released.

Medical disclaimer

BioResonance is intended for wellness, breathing practice, recovery awareness, and personal insight. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
